At the same time I hope NRS comes up with ways to make stuff like DB2 and EX TP actually useful. Right now those moves might as well not exist

Mortal Kombat 1 Raiden/Sektor: Combo from Back Throw in the corner You might be able to get something midscreen too but they might not get launched close enough.

What grounded combos are you doing with an air string? And tbh what routes favour using EX TP at all?

Telepunch is also a great launcher and lets you get high 300s in terms of damage for one kameo bar and one EX shocker Flame burner is probably pretty underrated as a wakeup and restand but tbh it’s probably worth saving your bar for up rocket anyway

Yeah up rocket is neat. I do wish it had a bit more block stun so we can jail stuff easier, since right now you can get mashed out by D1s and stuff

What routes are there?

Tbh I don’t think I’ve seen many routes involving his air strings (except Cyrax combos) so while I agree that it’s pointless it probably doesn’t affect us all that much

From my testing seems the Raiden/Sektor damage output is largely unaffected. The only combo that was really hit was midscreen 12~EX DF2, F34, BF3. Otherwise our routes still do at least 300 damage a pop

I wonder what does “out of synced animation” mean

Yeah you can get less damage if you start with a jump in for some reason

It activates based on how much chip you take. I think it's a flat number, 55 or something

I think it’s ok but the fact that it’s sort of just there and doesn’t make Raiden do anything extra is a bit disappointing. Also the fact that the move list doesn’t contain any info on this at all is stupid. I hope they make it buff Razzle dazzle in some way so it can be like MK11 Discharge
