In Killer Instinct you can do half circle forwar and it will register it as BF, no need to switch inputs like NRS games.

I personally prefer to play on arcade stick and yes i tried playing on pad but it's a no go for me only because i was getting wake up attacks that i did not intend to do, so frustrating. I might have to try pad again (only when am lazy) and turn off Input shortcuts to see if there is any...

yeah am turning off negative edge and living the input default am used to quarter circle motions because i play other fighters on stick but am just gonna play this game default. and where are you in the world that you don't get the game tell friday ?

ok so i turned off neg edge had a harder time doing combos so i left it on and alt inputs on and its much better thank you for the advice @Nexallus
