been playing "rage" atroc too much. :) "Everyone" has a 6 frame down one(or 7). Long ranged is just better for a slow walk speed. What's the 12 frame advancing mid on block again? That's important. Which leaves out the 7 frame aa. That's good. He needs it. It is completely relevant he needs...

I would assume the "pro tournaments" are what's going to decide all that stuff. I'm sure you can dominate the scrubs online with anything. Atroc is like Zod. he needs da' 50's imo cuz he is slow.

When you guys end up getting some good combos, make sure to "shoot" me a comment. ;) But really, I can tell everyone is going to want to play this guy on the side. He looks SOO fun. With his multiple "Green arrow" ammo changes.

I am assuming he will end up being a vortex character considering his main ability's are ice-based. Overall he will probably be fun to play.

He has a Bat girl Overhead into Low starter! it was in the trailer. He looks like he has mid speed on his starters 12 frames. etc. SUPERB reach on his normals. Timing mixups. Good specials. Definitely a a character to watch out for.

Because of popularity, I get the feeling they just might. :) I would think the only reason the wouldn't is for being "physically" "pushed out" by the other(too many) new additions.
