I rarely use xray either. Only if I happen to have it stored and it can push their lifebar to empty. Otherwise, I keep it for breakers and I find her Ex roll & divekicks both pretty useful. (ex roll is actually quite nice when KL tries to stuff your wakeup with low hat.)

Yeah, I kind've just chalked them up to being more flash than anything. A way to show off if you're really putting the beatdown on your opponent.

You're thinking of the overhead. F+2 is the one that stabs them in the chest. Doesn't add anything to the neckbite. :P

Good matchups? Well she rips Sheeva apart (not that Sheeva is great) Any Kitana I go against seems to be a decent matchup. I'll win out even if they're fairly good. I have no way to know for sure though.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that what-so-ever. Take Raiden & Liu Kang. They're pretty good characters, but I've just got no interest in their personality/looks. If that kind of thinking puts me at a disadvantage when playing tournies & such, then so be it. :)

Yeah, I'm a Mileena user too, and if they're blocking, there's the mixup option. But you could also just put the onus on them to do something. Get a life lead, and then hang back & build meter by shooting sais. Eventually, they'll come out of their shell. :)

My friend & I train all the time online within the constraints of a timed player match. Having a training mode to use instead would be amazing....

Huh. I'll definitely be trying that. Hopefully it'll help with the Raiden/KL pressure problems I've been having.....

Will EX tele-kick work if they're right next to you? Like, can you be hit out of it on startup?

On reaction? I think it'd be pretty tough...depends on who you were using though. There's moves that could certainly get out of the way, like Sub's ice slide or Reptile's dash, Raiden's teleport, etc....

Another simple thing I find throws some people off is the simple D+4. It's just the little low poke kick, but if they're blocking, waiting for your ball, it hits low,and pushes them back a little, giving you some breathing space. Dunno if it's a viable thing, but I find it's helped me a little.
