is spellmaster shang still really bad?

first off F3 is a difficult hit confirm to get down. i practice it all the time and only get it about 75% of the time in a real match. secondly have we tried using 212 to knock them full screen and using that hit advantage for any of his buffs? does that work? i havent gotten to lab that yet but...

So after a some testing i figured out how to help people getting blown up by delayed wake up. after annihilation if you time b1 correctly you can meaty it and its only -6 on block you recover quick enough to pressure them after a roll and it doesnt screw you over if they delay their wake up. if...
