Just looked at the frame data today and f4 is now 9 frames on startup, not 8. Not sure if the actual move itself has been changed but its listed as 9 frames now. So Reptile no longer has an 8-frame normal. Also standing 1 is now listed as 10 frames. I believe other moves have been slowed...
