If i was playing an esl match that would be it, obviously my wife and kid use the internet and I also have an xbox. What I was asking would an upgrade in router or modem give a better experience for fighting games.

My ps4 speed test says 17 up 2 down from twc in ny. I have my ps4 wired to a router and my modem is from twc. I was wonder if upgrading my modem and router would help? unfortunately I cant get a higher speed from my isp. Any ideas for improvement @Mikemetroid
