Being one of the few that has the Saturn version, it plays like the PSX second revision. Which means it's not as broke as PSX buggy port or N64 port (which is even more broken) but not as good as PSX Greatest Hits version or PC final version.

SF2 for the Genesis had identical graphics to the SNES port. As broken as the 16-bit ports of MK3 and UMK3 are, they're still probably the best fighting games on both systems.

Street Fighter Alpha 3 should be played on Street Fighter Alpha Anthology. The DC port is far from arcade perfect.

You can find a copy of the Saturn port on Ebay but it's pretty rare. The Saturn port basically plays the same as the second revision on PSX version I believe. I think that there were two revisions made for the N64 version too but probably didn't have much difference.

Have you guys seen the trick to play as the bosses/Reptile on the SNES version?

DreemerNJ, have you played MKT on an actual Saturn? I've played the Saturn port before and I didn't see any differences from the PSX port.
