I think the most well designed zoners in NRS games are Sinestro, Zod, and Dr. Fate. They have oppressive zoners but are complex and have a high learning curve. Deadshot is oppressive af but dumb easy to play. That's the main problem

Beetle's execution isn't really that hard.. He just has to work way harder in game than other characters for similar output. Why I think he's not that great.
