It is a little to early for a tier list but anyway i'd also say Smoke's at least top 10 the one thing that hurts Smoke the most in this game is he has no low starters which may be one of the reasons he won't be top tier.

So is there really any use for Liu Kang's enhanced bicycle kick? I'm pretty sure it's slower on startup than the regular and the damage difference from the regular isn't to much so I see no use for it.
