apparently there is another leak out there on reddit that mentions Sareena and Reiko as DLC for KP2 as well.

lmao yeah forsure, don't believe it just yet because it hasn't been verified it just was on a leak that told the story and how it played out, major deaths etc. and had Sareena and Reiko in the DLC section of the list or something. I'm trying to locate the source of this.
