Honeybee (Flash) beat Grr (Atom) 3-2
Rewind (Blue Beatle) beat Happypow (Flash) 3-1
Semiij (Catwoman) beat Scar (Power Girl/Redhood) 3-0
and just now
SonicFox is up 2-1 against HeyGeorge. George just won a round against his Joker w/ Enchantress. Now SonicFox is Black Manta

How was George's Enchantress? I remember his Jacqui Briggs was super fun to watch in MKX.

So many great players from other countries, I wish NRS was able to do more outreach to help their scenes.

His Enchantress was actually pretty damn good. Sneaking in that hex while in the frozen cube, also executing 2 jabs and BF 2 (i think....its been a while) that soul steal move. But....its SonicFox at the end of the day.

The only blowout thus far was Scar. He really doesn't givAfuck tho. Check his Twitter lol

I was able to stream a few matches at lunch over my data plan. I still find top end Injustice 2 matches to be pretty hype. Makes me wonder if part of the problem in regards to the "lack of hype" complaint about Injustice 2 has more to do with a smaller player base than the game itself. (Not to say that the game itself doesn't play a part in the smaller player base, just talking about the hype aspect).

Its the player base thats influencing it for sure. Some of the top players have lost passion to even continue carrying on playing this game after the IPS. And of course, the rest is the game itself. So a combination of both. And....we just want fucking MK11 already!
