Me vs bio (Harley) ft5:

We played a ft30 actually, and the matchup definitely changed towards the end of the set. What you'll notice is that mb cupcakes start causing problems around game 3 or 4, and it takes me a long while (like 10-15 games later) to adjust, at which point I started doing MUCH better. The key I found is to try and force Harley to spend bar, and then go hard on zoning when she has no resources. As long as she has a bar, mb cupcakes will always be a problem, so gotta get her off the bar and then force your zoning on her (which is very effective).
Thanks for posting this Ram. I noticed a few things from watching this:

-From fullscreen, diagonal fireball can't hit Harley unless a jump forward ex version is done
-Harley gradually moves forward as she zones (she steps forward each gunshot)
-This means eventually she has to give up her turn (either by walking back, or backdating) or end up the air diagonal NB range (Cyborg's sweet spot)
-Cyborg can trade favorably if he's within range 2-4
-Harley's j2 is very active and is difficult to anti air, and reaches as far as range 2
-If Harley blocks NB at ranges 2-4, any reversal ground shot will be countered with a follow up NB, resulting in a favorable Cyborg trade
-Harley's air gunshot counter's ground NB

So it seems to me the best thing to do is get within ranges 2-4 and mix up the diagonal air NB, IAFB and ground NB to get favorable trades. EX cupcakes seem to be a major problem at this range though, so just as you stated, get the player to burn the bar. An occasional dash forward at range 3-2 (hard read) by Cyborg can be used to punish a cupcake attempt. Also EX cupcake is super plus, so best to wait your turn after blocking it.

I also think the best strategy would be to gradually push harley into the corner. Then she can no longer walk back and Cyborg can stay at the sweet spot to favorably trade with zoning and counter MB roll with 23. The strategy is really similar to the Dr. Fate gameplan as well.
