Head Bangers Hall

I dig this band but I’m not sure how I feel about this one. Seeing Papa...I mean Cardinal Copia prance around is kind of silly. I think music videos are corny in general, excited for the Prequelle none the less. Any other Ghost fans out there or are they not EXTREME enough?
I enjoy their music but I'm a weirdo, I can go from KVLT BM to A Perfect Circle and Ghost followed by Morbid Angel in the same playlist

I’ve been taking a trip down memory lane and have been listening to a lot of Deftones lately. Deftones for me were the band that got my foot into the world of Metal. They are the reason I started listening to bands like Slayer, Sepultura, Meshuggah, Sabbath, etc. They also got me to branch out and listen to bands like Depeche Mode, Bad Brains, Glassjaw and early Weezer. Waaaaay back in high school I tried styling my hair just like Chino’s lmfao. I had a huge man crush on this guy. The walls of my room were completely covered in Deftones posters and swag. Abe Cunningham was the reason why I bought my first drum kit. Yeah they don’t play 9000 BPM’s and they don’t growl like Cookie Monster, I’m sure some of you in here can’t stand them but I fucking love this band. Always have and always will. RIP Chi <3

Any way that’s my pathetic Deftones story. After all these years this riff still gets me hard

My first gateway bands were SOAD, Slipknot and Disturbed don't feel to bad.

Ecdysis is one of my favourite albums, and The Chills and Anareta are awesome too!
I currently have Ecdysis on rotation with Craft's F**k The Universe both albums have me on lockdown. Between The Chill and Anareta, which one do you recommend after Ecdysis? Season of Mist signed them last year, we should get a new album soon.

The Chills. The production is fairly low, but the music is awesome!

too weird to live, too rare to die
Hey dudes. I'm more of a punk rather than metal guy. So if you're interested check out the album Bad Blood by the band Clowns. Some of the best hard punk I've heard in a long time

I know all of you young shit stains think Ghost is trash but I’m really digging the new album. I can not get the chorus of this song out of my head despite the fact that it sounds like 80’s KISS.....

MKF30

Fujin and Ermac for MK 11
Not too familiar with Pantera but I do love rock in general and my best friend always mentions Pantera. Think I've heard a few of their hits, should I listen to them? R.I.P. Vinnie Paul.

You absolutely should. Listen to Cowboys From Hell, Vulgar Display of Power, and Far Beyond Driven. If you like those, listen to the rest of their music

The Floods solos alone makes Pantera worth a listen. I agree with Scar Vulgar Display of Power is a great starting point.

A couple new release I've been was the new Craft and Marduk albums, I've also been captivated by Leviathan and Judas Iscariot. Hail Black Metal \m/

They're actually dropping by my town in the 23rd of November. Might watch them if I have the day off. Do you like the new albums?
