I guess I gotta empathize why I don't think Nightwolf is coming in MK11. Since essentially saying "I don't think he's coming" doesn't make sense to people. Understandable though since I was very vague. Regardless if we have "info" or not, I still don't think we are getting him. If Netherrealm really wanted to push Nightwolf in with the classics, he would have been in MKX.
Here's what I meant when I said "From the looks of it": Nightwolf is an MK3 character. Anyone who isn't the Cyborgs usually don't return as much as the MK1-MK2 characters do. The only MK3 characters to make it into the next game were both Sektor and Cyrax in MK Gold. Proceeded by Deadly Alliance with Cyrax on the roster for the main game and Sektor for the gameboy version. Then, we finally got the return of some more MK3 characters in Deception with Sindel, Kabal, Ermac, and Nightwolf. Those characters haven't been in an MK game SINCE MK3/Trilogy. Even in MKvsDC all the MK characters were those introduced in MK1-MK2. MK9 they obviously had to come back similar to Armageddon.
Finally in MKX, the only MK3 characters on the roster are Ermac and I guess Triborg even though he's a new character, we essentially have Sektor, Cyrax, and Smoke playable but you know what I mean. Again, MK3 characters don't come back except for the Cyborgs.
So I ask, how would someone be "stupid" for thinking Nightwolf won't show up in MK11? It's super reasonable to think so. I don't think it's stupid to think he has a chance, but to call someone stupid for not thinking he will is stupid.
