Glad you like it! I dont listen to as much metal as I used to. These days I mainly listen to atmospheric metal, like stoner metal, sludge, etc.

80s thrash fan myself with some exceptions, dream theatre, mastodon, mushroomhead and the flavors of the month. Megadeth is my favorite but pantera is my go to for injustice. Dimebag is my favorite guitarist

I’ve always said if I could go back in time to a certain point in history to check out a band or a scene it would the 80’s Bay Area Thrash Scene. Especially Exodus!! The fact that they weren’t included in the “Big 4” was ridiculous. Also Mastodon is the shit!! Saw them on the Jager tour with Slayer when Leviathan came out and have been hooked ever since. Brann is arguably my favorite drummer. I love how they have evolved regardless of what others say. \m/ \m/

I have a friend who's dad grew up that scene. Still jealous about the stories he would tell. Deathamphetamine is a top 5 song of all time for me. I would put exodus over anthrax any day. I think Gary Holt was the best thrash metal guitarist the world has seen. They don't get no respect [Michael Scott voice]

Lmfao I tried finding that Michael Scott gif but my phones a pos. The office was great, Gary Holt is great and Tom Hunting is a very under rated drummer. “I underestimated you Michael.” “Well maybe next time you will estimate me.” LMFAO

Haha he's my favorite character in tv history. Exodus is great for injustice too. I still think mustaine is like the jimmy page of metal. To be a part of that rise would've been incredible

Hey fellahs, I’m looking for a good Metal/Hard Rock news site. I’ve always been a Blabbermouth guy but wasn’t sure if there is a better site to check out. I’ve been out of the loop lately when it comes to news and I’m actually embarrassed that I just found out today the all might Slayer is calling it quits. Where do you guys get your Metal news fix?

I've got nothing besides the forums at www.metal-archives.com

I just try and follow the bands I like, so I miss shit all the time. I'm also pin the mailing lists for labels I enjoy, like Earache, Relapse, Prosthetic, etc.

My friend used to be a head banger, I don't know how rockers do that shit. I tried it once way back and got a major headache. Those guys must have lots of practice while performing and headbanging lol.
