Xbox one dlc issue or bug?

Okay well today I got on to lab and get my captain cold legendary gear grind on . I got bored hopped online for ranked and I noticed I didn’t have my dlc I paid for or any of the shaders and premier skins. So basically vanilla injustice 2 I went to my game hub and saw that it was ready to download so i did which didn’t take long at all mere seconds . Okay cool but now I noticed I have everything available for dlc content even stuff I didn’t pay for . Anyone here experience the same thing ?

Lol well that does sound nice I worry for what happened with early release on raiden for Xbox users and all the missing gear they experienced. I grinded a good bit with cold and I don’t want to waste time and have my epics revoked for fault of nrs unlocking the pay wall for there dlc I have money I just didn’t want raiden in a dc game lol
