Most FUN You've Had With A Character

Okay, it is highly possible this thread exists somewhere already, but I'm too lazy to look so whatever.

So, what was the most fun you've had with a fighting game character/ characters and why?

**Think across all platforms and titles. Pretend you're writing a letter to NRS describing why a specific character(s) was so fun for you. Think in terms of TOOLS AND STRATEGY even frame data, but not so much game mechanics/ meta/ tier placements/ matchups, ect, in other words stick to reasons why you loved a particular character(s) and not the overall game experience. Pretend NRS would somehow make that character(s) tools work in their next game somehow if you could convince them why you enjoyed him/ her so much. Here's some topics to cover to help you think of an answer:

-Why your characters strategy (set ups, long range normals, mix ups, general offense/ defense) and WAS MOST FUN FOR YOU.
-Specific tech you found with your character that was fun to pull off
- Character size, mobility
-Weapons/ gadgets the character used and how they utilized them.
-Your characters move set: basic moves, pokes, strings, Cancels, special moves, powers that were most fun for you
-How your character specific tools played footsies/ pressure/ zoning and why it was so fun for you.
-Costumes, colors, personality, sex appeal, dialogue, any aesthetic entitiy of the character that you enjoyed the most and why
-Combos and links that were fun for you to perform

**Keyword, fun. Tell a story and share memories of how much fun a particular character was for you. I'm at work so I'll update this thread with my own answer and changes if need be later on.

Mine is quite EXTENSIVE before frame data was even a discussion. So ill just stick to the fun!

An old school fighting game that comes to mine was Clay Fighter! WOOOOOO OOOOO! That game was hilarious as shit!

From Blue Suede Goo, to The Blob, Taffy, Bonkers (Get em PhiPhi), Mr. Frosty, Earth Worm Jim etc etc.

That game was crasp, it was non-PG, and a parody of everything. I think the #1 thing that most games lack is the FUN FACTOR! Everybody wants to be hooked on graphics, but if the game is stale as old dog shit, then the game sucks. Period.

Where there is smoke, there is cancer.
It's hard for me to choose between MK9 Smoke or Guile.

Both fairly lame in their playstyles, I think it's safe to say. Both have great hair, also.

cba talking about strategy so you're gonna have to settle for the vagueness of "lame" lol

That's a hard question, but for me it was with Princess Kitana on MK9.

I don't know man, her moves and combos were so satisfying to do, her gameplay was so much fun. Moves like d1 into df2 and her combo strings were so stylish. Those combos with a lot of air fans and stuff were awesome to do.

I don't feel the same with MKX Kitana. I believe there's something unique with the impact of the strikes on MK9, like, you can really feel the moves, when you do a poke or a uppercut for example. Maybe is just a matter of taste but I really hope that MK11 will feel more like MK9 and less like MKX.

Phew, gotta be MK9 Kano right after they overbuffed him. *knife knife knife knife UPBALL knife knife knife...*. So many tears. So much hate...

I played kitana too and I exactly what you mean. Kitana was one of those characters with easy, fluid confirms into combos which also played a huge part why she was so fun. I thought mkx kitana was sort of awkward with her most damaging combos and I hated that f43 animation. Ex fan launcher into d1 was awkward and felt like it wasn't supposed to be there.
