This page and this page both have the DC characters that have all of the possible characters and the different versions of them. I don't know which characters are like, unimportant side characters or who've been rebooted since whatever the recent reboots were though. I'm just not sure why you thought Black Lighting, I've never heard of him before so I don't know how popular he is

yes. katie cassidy was doing video game capture months before the game released. i assumed she was going to be black canary,but seeing as she isnt it defintely makes sense if they release her now as black siren
Well, both Blacks have the same powers, so I think it's not needed to add more. I assume that if they decide to release her, she will be Premiere Skin for Black Canary. Hope they add her for you.
