For the record, I think they're going to group them as they're grouped on the character select screen now, and not the way they're grouped in the silhouettes. I think the six characters are the following (in silhouette order): The Atom, Black Manta, Constantine, [Guest], Raiden, Enchantress.
On the select screen, they are:
Guest character, Enchantress, Black Manta (left side)
The Atom, Raiden, John Constantine (right side)
Therefore, I am expecting one of the following combinations.
- Black Manta, Enchantress, and guest character (the whole left side first)
- Black Manta, Raiden, and one of the others (continuing the side to side Sub-Zero and Starfire pattern)
- Black Manta, guest character, and The Atom (continuing the side to side Sub-Zero and Starfire pattern)
Other options, less likely because I expect Manta to be in the next pack after the Xbox leak:
- Guest character, The Atom, and one of the others who isn't Manta (continuing the side to side Sub-Zero and Starfire pattern)
- Raiden, The Atom, and Constantine (the whole right side first)
Boon said that one of the reveals in FP2 will be the biggest hype yet. That can't be Manta or Raiden because we already know about them from the silhouettes. The only things I could see being the 'biggest' would be a truly bonkers guest character or
maybe Constantine. The general public doesn't care that much about Atom or Enchantress (though I like them a lot myself).
All this said, it's of course possible that Raiden is a red herring a la Baraka in KP2, or that Enchantress is actually Mera. Constantine could be Rorschach, which would certainly bring a lot of hype to the general public even if I personally don't want to see Watchmen characters (I prefer them separate from the DCU).
