I will just talk about my characters...

Catwoman:
* Give her more recovery on B3, make it -6 on block and give her a higher hurtbox on recovery.

* Make catdash -12 on block anywhere on the screen and give her a higher hurtbox

* increase the scaling on the damage off her meterless launchers and trait.

* Make trait fully invincible on wake-up only when she has all 5 scratches (maybe not a big deal but she'd have to take more risks.

* Make J2 a high similar to Kitana's jump. I will probably get a lot of hate but I think this is the best way to change it since it will still be good to get in on a read but not just to throw out since it would be able to be whiff punished.

Harley Quinn:
* Increase the damage scaling slightly off tantrum stance 1.

* Nerf either the hitbox or the active frames off J2

Wonder Woman:
I really don't think she needs any changes. I would leave her untouched with the top tiers getting nerfed and see how she does.

Maybe give WoWo f23 a frame recovery buff of say 2 frames. Still punishable but makes the b3 linking a lot easier. I hit it about 90% of the time now but always drop it when it's most important. I'm all for high execution but this is a bit too much.

It's not even a hard link honestly, I would PROBABLY agree if it was like a 1-2 frame link but it's not.

- fix her b2 start up needs to be faster.
- Her trait needs changing, it's kind of useless since it's random.
- while her feet glows during trait her air dash doesn't autocorrect when crossing over.
- her b3 after a f23 is a tab difficult to land so slightly make more easier but i can say it's easier to land than how it was in inj1 with the 33,23,b3 imo

Grodd
- remove the gap in his 22 on block.
- make it easier to stampede cancel
- remove shitty infinites
- 112 shouldn't drop while in a combo that needs fixing
- slightly increase f3 collision box by width
- slightly increase the vulnerability in his ground pound or increase the start up frames when armored
- increase the start up frames of his projectile invulnerability move while trait is active it needs to activate faster and make it last longer.

-Normalize the pushback / distance between you and the opponent after doing exDB1.

Currently, if the opponent is ducking, it'll leave you right next to them so you can usually d1. If they're standing however, depending on which string you use and how far away from them you are when the string started, it can leave you anywhere between d1 range and sometimes even outside of F2 range. You've basically just spent a bar of meter to get in / gain plus frames and you can't even use them because the move pushes you too far away from the opponent to follow up with any kind of string or even a D1, for something completely out of your control. It completely messes up his game, especially in the corner.

- Fix 33 whiffing

Despite being a mid the second attack will pretty much always whiff on characters ducking. I've even had this whiff on a STANDING Aquaman whilst in the corner standing right next to him. For a string that starts with the move "Function-Kneeing Properly", I can assure you it definitely is not functioning properly.

- Fix EX Ice Ball coming out slower than normal Ice Ball (and maybe buff it's projectile speed a small bit?)

In the corner, 33 will combo into an Ice Ball but not an EX Ice Ball? You're essentially spending a bar of meter for a move to come out slower. Also, the projectile speed on both normal and EX versions is ludicrously slow.

- Make his very unsafe strings slightly safer

I'm only going to cover his mid strings, but most of his strings are unsafe. His 22 string, a very short range mid is hilariously unsafe even when cancelling into Ice Burst, his safest special. His F22 into Ice Burst also gets punished by a 6F D1, and the MB version trades with a 6F D1 launching the opponent far away while you're in hit-stun. Without even cancelling, both strings currently get full combo punished by D1 combos. Coupled with his broken 33 string (which you can't even combo from), he basically has no safe go-to mid strings, let alone safe strings that you can hit-confirm from. His klone cancels are also very unsafe.

- Fix his J2 whiffing

Currently whiffs a lot especially on ducking characters so makes him very easy to D2.

Thanksgiving corner game, going ham and stuffing
I practically wrote an essay in the Captain Cold forum about all of the buffs that I wish that he could get. However, I doubt even half of them will happen. So, if I could narrow it down to the most essential stuff, it would probably be:

12-MBdb3 links (overhead string links to freeze)
Startup of standing 1 reduced to 7
B232 is high, high, mid
MB Wall is fully active with no hurtbox gap (can still be armored through on block, but nothing else, can't be stuffed by projectiles or 7f attacks)
Df2 tracks (regular icicle tracks opponent while MB remains the same input)
MB Icicle is projectile immune (instagore tracking attacks unaffected)
Trait passively charges and charges faster while holding 4 (1.5 times current charge speed plus 1 tic/second, change current abilities at 5, 13, and 23 tics to 6, 15, and 24)
Amount initially charged by pressing 4 is increased to 3 tics
B4 reduces or eliminates chip

I have much crazier ideas, but this seems to at least normalize and make that which is mostly useless, viable. I think this encourages Captain Cold to most play like himself by making his most unique tools accessible.

Can we get Bladam to stay on the ground to get punished please? Not only does he pop up when punishing a dive whiff, but his main string is the same way. It's hard enough fighting this guy. Oh and no trait kill.

Atrocitus - His cat can stay on hit, but the meter needs to be by number of uses instead of time limit. Or make it like Darkseids demons (button direction gives you a different cat).

Catwoman - Make B3 punishable by everyone and J2 needs to angle towards the ground more than it does. How about less low profiling mmmkay?

Grodd - More reliable charge cancel (I don't know why they left the MK run for this guy). Something needs to happen with his leaping resets. Like some sort of scaling...maybe not as extreme as Supes corner dive, but something. If he gets some faster frames on certain moves like players want, this guy could get real stoopid.

Sub-Zero - Maybe bump clone regeneration to like 5 seconds instead of .05?

Make Fusion Blast MB a mid. Firestorm struggles against Deadshot.
MB Molten Trap -6 on block.

Firestorm air dash should have less recovery canceling into normal attacks. For example doing air dash > J3 has to be delayed.
Please no. Firestorm is actually fine when the top tiers get nerfed. MB molten -6? He doesn't need that.

I hope Robin gets his whifffing issues on 212, b213, and f3 fixed up, and a very far throw option for his trait. His d3 being -6 on block would be really cool too, but I don't think he really needs it.
 
If you mash any strike button while blocking a strong- it should make you strike and get blown up, why can i mash poke/uppercut while blocking? Yea that might also blow me up if the gap is too small but still, thats dumb
 
1. For them to fix Push Block input

2. For Brainiacs trait to not go away on chip damage and this include the charge you hold. Seriously it is so stupid when I throw it and the oponent just throws a projectile or a long reaching mid, I block it and now the trait is gone mid screen. If that is not done then less recovery when using trait.

3. For Darkseid standing meterless Omega Beams to not hit low profiling stance moves. It currently hits Cheetah while in Blood Lunge stance, Catwoman during Cat Stance, Harley Quinn during Tantrum Stance unless they are standing in a specific area of the beams trajectory. It does not hit Flash while On Your Mark stance or during the running animation unless it is meterburned.

4. Slightly faster F3 and B3 on Swamp Thing not enough to use it mid combo but enough to hit an opponent after meterburning it and absorbing a hit since currently unless they do a move with huuuge recovery they have time to block it or just hit you out of it. Slightly more damage in combos. To gain super armor if you connect Meter Burn Bio-Fission until he hits the opponent.

5. More charge time on Batman trait.

223 is a safe confirmable mid you know
 
Wheres the issue in asking for peoples opinions on what they would want changed?
The issue lies in having multiple threads talking about the same things. Thought I was clear.

Instead of making another thread about patch wishlists why not just post in one of the plethora of threads on the topic?
