If you want to punish the smoke bombs, then simply block low. His nightmare comes at the corner, because he has a problem against the ice. Whatever he do, either skydrop attack, or phase out, or side attacking, he will hit the point zero close klone eventually. lol
His only option to avoid the corner game is to wallrun, but Sub will simply JIK him, forcing him to land on the klone. lol
Smoke's strongest game is in the middle. And if Sub forces him to the corner, it's nightmare time. lol
