Lightning Kick in Trait may not combo midscreen anymore

So to all my Flash mains out there, looks like our midscreen trait combos might become a bit weaker with the removal of lightning kick comboing midscreen during trait.

As you can see in the video, the first lightning kick hits the opponent back too far to be able to follow up with another, so corner carry and midscreen damage will reduce quite heavily.

Also to note that corner combos have changed with the removal of the charge move ender, however it looks like we could now finish with meterburn fist flurry to get a restand?

Is that shot in the knee dialogue a reference to skyrim?

Guess we won't know for sure until release, but this guy has a lot of IGAU videos on his channel and he uses the Flash often so I think he knows the combo well enough, maybe not.
If you remember in his breakdown though they only showed his midscreen trait combo with the dive kick gear move, so maybe it was a hidden nerf.

He mistimed it and did the lightning kick too early. He still has trait combos.

Since it's been made apparent that he's mistiming it I guess I can close this thread.
