No, someone commented that although he was bad in the first game, a buff in the right place could make him top tier in this game. The rest was just speculating about the changes we did see and whether or not it would hurt him or help him (which is the point of this thread).

Something I think would be really cool, I don't know how well it would work but, If he could cancel a string using meter to get an arrow type of your choice faster: Freeze, Fire etc. And right after you could fire the arrow and if it's a launching string you would be able to continue a juggle or if it's the freeze one you'll you know.. Freeze them.

I don't know, just an idea for better combos or if you want to load another arrow right quick when you don't have one. Might be useless, might be useful who knows

You could do this in IGAU actually with d2 into reload arrow, but now it will be super practical it seems since hurricane bow now can be MB'd for a launch

It will, and even more if his eletric arrows are really buffed and allows him to link strings in between shots.

f2d1~hurricane bow MB, B3, d2~load Ice Arrow, 22~shot, load any arrow for offense strategy, combo ender.

All that for 1 bar, imagine.

Eletric arrows stocked
F2d1~E.A shot~f2d1~MB HB~ B3, d2~reload I.A, 22~shot, load any arrow, combo ender.

Yeah I knew about that, I mean from any string though. The meterburn arrow cancel i'm talking about could also be a type of pressure.

I wonder if you can meterburn the hurricane bow on block for chip damage and if it's safe. Would be insane chip out tool.

So Boxing glove gives extended juggle but you need to MB the arrow first before shooting it.

I like that he does damage now even midscreen, i'm wondering what he will be able to do with eletric arrows now.

It looks like we have damage... If the buffs for electric arrows are korrect, that will be my go to. I hope he still has the 223~LA untechable knockdown so that I kan lay down some oki.

From what we saw when Tyler played Arrow, 223 was launching.

Hey guys,

We recorded a ton of Green Arrow and can definitely show what he has to offer in I2.

I wanna give you some notes on the boxing glove though real quick:

Does around 25% by itself

Press MB while holding your trait down to equip Boxing Glove

Can put the arrow away and use it later

Knocks fullscreen on hit, but in the corner can juggle as they're airborne for a while

Great chip damage on block

+12 on block

F2 after boxing glove would beat any button press from the opponent, so it's a true frame trap if they press any buttons

As the combo video demonstrated, you can hit an ice arrow, equip boxing glove arrow, put it away and still have time to follow up with a string to use the boxing glove later mid combo. Tight link, but possible in that build.

We'll look to get it done ASAP, and who knows, maybe someone else will get some recordings of him done at the other events this week.
