Question - Killer Did they nerf leatherface forward 4?

Hi guys!

Im trying to pick up leatherface and a lot of the combos include F4 into another move. Ive been trying it for about an hour and it doesnt seem like you can combo from forward 4 anymore? Was that combo old possibly and they patched it?

It was patched some time ago, but I don't recall which patch did it exactly.
