Yeah, I still have a controller that works fine with my converter, but the controller itself isn't functioning as well as I'd like, hence why I bought a new one
just stinks that I can't use my new controller

I have tried multiple times. I have the update, it works with my non Xbox One S controller, but not my Xbox One S controller. My Xbox One S controller won't even connect to the PC with the converter connected to it.
Yup mine didn't work as well I bought it the day before frosty fausting and wasn't aware of the issue the guys at paradise shop was taking reinstall and pulled out a new converter to find a remedy but couldn't he said he will contact them for them to update it so it can work with this xbox one pad
Hopefully they fix it soon! Sucks, but glad I'm not the only one with this issue

have you updated your converter this hasn't happened to me yet but I've seen some thread about it around here and once they updated it it worked
PS4 had a stealth update recently, you need to update your converter.
Has the time outs stopped? You don't really hear about these things around the web, there isn't much coverage either from youtube, except from people that have received these to hype them.
Yes, once I updated it. I would never call these adapters unreliable. As the person who replied to me said, the PS4 got a stealth update that I did not think about. Once I updated the Brooks it worked just fine.
