I mean you said it isn't reactable online but I have seen for myself that it was what else do you want me to say?
I would like you to admit that you take combos or win games because the teleport is an overhead. Congrats on actually arguing your point and not name calling for one post

Hard for me to say what I ve never done because it;s REACTABLE now you give me an argument outside of you losing to it then I won't call u a baby

It's hard for beginners to block. If you want to grow the mk community like I do you know something like this could drive new players away from the game. It's also not taxing on developers to change. There genius what is you argument other than winning by yolo overhead teleport.

Anything can drive new players away the game isn't hard execution It shouldn't get easier just for the new people If we've learned things from SF4 to SF5 it's that balancing games to the lowest common denominator doesn't new blood in your scene

The problem with sf5 was that they didn't keep high execution in for those that could do tighter links. If sf5 had kept in 1 frame links for better players while still allowing new players use 3 frame links (for less damage) then it would have been fine. Putting pointless overheads and lows into characters has always been an issue with nrs games as far as I'm concerned. Why is superman's ex lasers overhead idk. Why is there's a low in batman's baxk 23 string idk but it alienates new players due to sheer volume of information and doesn't add anything to those more advanced.

Then why did you compare something you deem to be not broken to show how fair the teleport is? I'm a bit perplexed

Out of all the things Supergirl has, the teleport is seriously not even close to the issue.
How has the conversation on the teleport lasted 3 pages already?

I really just can't see what's "broken" about Supergirl in her current state.

She rewards good fundamentals and footsies without being insane in terms of damage.

She can't zone because her trait puts on limits so if anything she is a counter zoner, especially when you consider her lasers only do 3% and her teleport that is easily reactable

She is extremely meter dependent and has tons of exploitable gaps in strings as well as strings canceled into lasers that can be armored, backdashed, parried, or straight up punished by a fast starting string.

She has no 50/50s and her restand actually has her slightly negative on hit so its about conditioning your opponent.

None of her flight cancel "pressure" is plus so its all about mind games.

Her walking lasers require a huge amount of time to charge and resources.

She isn't very threatening in the air so you won't see her jump in on you for constant crossups like say Batman.

Please tell me what exactly makes this character unfair because all I can see is she rewards anyone who knows their spacing.

I came here because I heard someone mention a vortex. And I've got some potential news based on what little footage I've seen for those not in the beta (like myself).

The vortex would essentially go: 50/50 -> juggle -> 212121 xx Frost Breath ... but am unsure if it does work like this at all due to A) the last hit of 212121 being a knock-up and B) the combo going straight from 212 to 212121 similar MK9 Kung Lao's rapid-fire punch string (whatever it was). I thought Frost Breath would provide enough frame advantage to continue the pressure on hit, but that means little unless the last hit of the REL combo can be replaced with Frost Breath.

Can anyone with Beta confirm or deny this possibility?

EDIT: So I didn't know there was a Beta Forum, so I missed all the good stuff that was there, including the fact that 212 is a restand by itself. Still, does it have enough hit advantage to be canceled into Frost breath currently?

Not sure where else to post this, but I gave Supergirl long hair, just to see what she would look like if they gave her a Melissa Benoist skin, and I think it turned out pretty well!
I made three different versions because I couldn't decide which one I liked the best.

Not sure what the argument is all about. Teleport is so reactable and punishable that it's almost useless. MB or not, mine gets blocked constantly by any decent player. I mean often blocked to the point where I can't even use it. Even when I try to bait and trick people, somehow they still manage to block it. I like it as an opener when it works, but that's becoming quite rare. It's getting to the point where the only time I can catch people is when they're mid-jump or performing a move (like if I manage to read a Black Canary's scream). It kinda blows my mind how good people are at blocking it.
