Question - Reptile Good Secondary Character For Reptile Mains??

Hello,
I have been maining either Reptile Noxious or Deceptive for about 3 months now. I have optimized Noxious to the point where i can get 48 to 51% damage with 1 bar if i get someone in the corner. I can consistently get 32 to 43% midscreen. I have some solid setups and pressure tactics down. Nimble messes with my head. I lose my timing on regular combos and setups getting in and out of basilisk combos too often. Hence, i've quit playing Nimble. I've had a coupla guys comment that my Noxious is pretty high level. However, I am having some trouble with vortexing teleporters like Scorpion and Ermac. I can pretty much toast the rest of the crew including GrandMaster Sub.

I'd like to learn a secondary character to deal with higher level teleporters like Scorpion and Ermac (my nemesises). I have been thinking about putting the work into Raiden Displacer to rectify this Scorpion/Ermac situation. At first sight, he's slower than reptile, but he seems to hit like a truck. Can you guys offer input on how Raiden Displacer will work out? I'd hate to put time into this character and then realize that he doesn't do any better with higher level Scorpions/Ermacs than reptile does.

Thank you.

I'll mash out of +30 I know no fear
Not too familiar with displacer (never got triple f12b2 down and just gave up) but I picked jacqui as a secondary and IMO she wins master of souls and inferno and goes even with the other variations. She hits hard, has better fullscreen presence and her walkspeed is godlike.
Just my two cents

Understand what you mean by the triple f12b2 (f12b2 RC f12b2 RC f12b2...) for Raiden. Got it down in training. Got it down in some online matches. But with varying levels of lag, it gets too uncertain.
