I'm going to make Fate top ten
Last night against @GAMETIME 's Cutthroat Kano I tried Aftershock. I am confused because I did better with Aftershock than with Crystalline. Could Aftershock really be better than Crystalline in some match ups?

Also, @OmGxBdON deserves lots of credit for developing Aftershock. He and @Killer Xinok are the best Tremor players I have played.
The fact that u make kanos zoning useless really helps out in the matchup. I think its better to go aftershcok for this MU especially because its so easy for kano to be flex.

the thread is sleeping boyz omg :eek: !! I'm back with an easy corner setup. When you put the DD1, if u get hit with the flashparry on, your earthquake dont go away. So, against every 1 hit wakeup you can use this set up with 2 bars up to 83% damage free.

So why is it optimal to end with shatter instead of punch in Aftershock? Is the framedata lying and it's more advantageous?

Been playing some Tremor. Tried him a little when he first came out. Was gonna main him but everyone seemed to want to use him so I said bump that.

Aftershock is till the best for me

I've always preferred DB1 as an ender with After Shock simply because it puts the opponent further away. Which is when I'll begin throwing rocks at them, or harassing them with Instant Air Quakes. If they're slow to react i'll also use it to setup DD1 on the ground, then proceed with the zoning.

I think the prevailing wisdom was that DB1 is slightly more advantageous in midscreen combos where the opponent is high in the air. Can't really tell the difference TBH.

That was another thing i figured but i see people do it in the corner too, should I be doing fist or nah?

I'm really not sure, I'll have to look into it later I should know this shit. I will say that DB1 is much easier to use as an ender in the corner for the high damage combos. Like DB2d, 4~DB2u, F4, 123~DB1 is easier then using DB2 at the end, so I'll use it in AS anyway.

Not that it matters anymore but using db1 u can get more dmg in your combos and it gives u enough time to safely do dd1 full screen and ex dd1 in the corner. In the corner ure at advantage when u do this. Pretty much as aftershock theres ussually no point in using db2 except for some cases.

Been playing Tremor till Inj2 drops. So what's the Kitana mu number? I've never really had a problem with Kitana with my other characters till I hit Tremor. I played a BAD Kitana earlier and lost (granted we only got to play 1 game cuz he was a troll that won 1 match barely and fataled me and left) and it felt like even against a bad Kitana I couldn't really find a way to deal with her. Air Quake is a huge risk, low boulder doesn't matter against air fans and float into air fans, his forward dash is god awful, and his run is meh.

This was against a Royal Storm btw

Edit: if I got kinda close he would do the air ass move to get away as well. Again not really a problem for my other characters including Jax but it just felt like I had no control with Tremor. I did only start using him a few weeks ago though

Kitana is too troublesome for that MU in my experience. I generally play either my Co-Main (Ermac) Or Sektor.
If a rock elemental can't beat a princess ... I just can't understand the thought process behind creating a game that has within it such an absurd concept.

I think you should stop wasting your time on that MU and start working on the superman MU ; )

Yeah like Ragnarok said an hard 6-4 at best, 7-3 in the worst case ! I always felt that mu like one of the worst for Tremor lol
