Doesn't have great anti airs and doesn't have a 3 framer. Those are really the only tools he's lacking.
I don't think his antiairs are quite as easy to use as some other characters but I think they are very good. He can cover every angle very reliably by choosing correctly between st hk and f mp, and if he wants to go for a moderately riskier but very high reward option he has cr hp. That leads to a ton of damage and nice meaty setups.

I tried jumping on him in a lot of different ways after hearing that this was a weakness of his but I really don't think it's true - huge bill of goods imo.

Weak-ish (but not BAD) reversals is fair though I think. You can absolutely confirm single meaty lights on counterhit (not positive about regular hit), and most of the time you are hoping for counterhit anyway in the situations where this comes up.

Jumping from that range is pretty risky to not do anything while relying on them to stay in position when they have other options to either aa or trip guard.

Empty neutral jumps on Oki is the work from the devil
I believe trip gaurd won't work on empty jump. That us to say, there is no recovery when landing from empty jumps so they can always block.

Well funny you say this because today I've actually been working harder with Karin. No matter who I'm using I know I have a lot to grasp and practice with despite the fact that I learned every character's basic tools and frame data. I'm gonna follow through with karin through the rest of the season until I'm a better player overall. I'm free to play now btw lol

Is there some SF5 rule that states you must use a water bottle as your router? Cause everyone online seems to follow it faithfully

What's Akuma's best CC?
Situational. With full resources and up close vs a blocked dp max dmg is gonna come from st hk.

Most likely to hit and best frames is cr hp. That's the meaty cc.

And st hp is a great button in its own right since it controls a lot of space, is confirmable, and has good corner carry. Less dmg than others though.

Sweep is meh. Unless you get to kill someone with sweep x trigger into the otg.
