Lol. It's just... man they are on the right track for gief looking ok. Lariat fix is so big. Dp changes are great.

They need to do something to make his Vskill still reasonably usable. I hope they don't let this fall into oversight as it's a universal change and not gief specific.

Someone write a letter to Peter today.

Amen brother. That lariat will give us an actual punish now, which is sick. I've been saying, Zangief sucks but we just need a tiny bit and we'll get there! If they butcher our V-Skill I am going to be so pissed.

It was always crazy that our only combo ender could drop due to crouch. And no rollback on it is nice for actually pressure.

Luckily I play more alex as of late so I've not suffered that much.

Been playing a lot of Birdie with some Alex myself. I need to learn another character, but I can't find anyone I like. Akuma is looking like a winner to me!

I'm not a fan of shotos. I played some Rog and it was fun. Unsure how the dp motion will affect me. Dislike dp motion mid combo. Sim is looking like my go to if I tier whore. But I'm really hopeful for gief this time. Everyone knows he was on the bottom. With dlc like ibuki or juri... they seem weak but they've not been out as long. Capcom has to know gief needs help. And they are off to a good start. But the white life is rough.

I feel you. I tried Guile but I hate charge characters. I might try Dhalsim. And for everything else, I agree 100% man. Here's hoping we get something!

Hey Comrades, question. Any one have any tips for when to Borscht Dynamite Guile's flash kick? I know you can do it but I keep missing it (I think I'm too early). I'll hit the lab in a few days when I get time to play and test it.

I honestly see the lariat hitting crouchers as a fix but the extra st.lk before lariat is bonus stuff, now a big change that im not 100% sure is true is that command throws could possibly have more recovery.

No way do we get hit with that. If they do Zangief will be completely useless.

I think it is to do with all throws getting more recovery. As it stands Giefs SPD is around 52 frames for recovery, almost a full second!!! its not like SPD is being mashed out or anything. I did mention this in the general thread but what I see is visions of Dee Jay.
Chun Li gets nerfs but she apparently gains piano legs which would give more advantage than motion legs, more combos and damage opportunities.
Ken while upper mid gains some more stupid stuff.
Dhalsim Getting the buffs he needed, looks more deadlier than ever.

I will wait to see what Gief gets but not hearing anything has me more worried.

I'm trying not to over react, but unless we get specific character buffs we're fucked. I'll be really surprised if we don't get some goodies. I think we will, but I too am concerned, lol.

The headbutt is good news. Now is literally the best time to at least try to contact folks over at Capcom. Show an interest and don't let the Russian skies go unprotected.

White life. Command grab recovery (Tho I think this may have been aimed at hybrid grapplers).

Seems like we're getting more fixes than buffs.

Which, being the worst character in the game, is a problem. But I have no way to contact Capcom man. I do not use social media. Any suggestions?

Haha, word. I wasn't upset about how he played (it's just exhausting), I was upset he quit like a bitch after all my work.

Damn man, you have trouble with that match? I call that a close to 7-3 match in Nash's favor. Is there anything I can do to help you? Any questions or would you like to play some time?
