From my foggy experience, max height d2 should be beating Shinnok jump ins period. Hard to get on pure reaction, but Reptile ain't shit outta luck vs them, honestly. And like Tweedy said, he can NJP on a read.

BS also has to deal with the fact that he can't just sit full screen and trade. Reptile is eventually going to EX slide it and at the very minimum he gets a forceball out, which changes the projectile game significantly. EDIT: Actually, Reptile can simply read pounce it or reaction EX pounce and get the knockdown to set something up.

Vs Cassie you should never be using normal claw anyway, or even be that close to her to begin with. If you do have to use a string into special, use pounce. Pushback is enough to prevent punishment. Tanya overall is weaker in a lot of aspects that affect the matchup, so the things that give her advantages still only really serve to keep it even.

And look, I'll gladly listen to players like happy pow, thtb, etc that I know , know the player. But tweedy?? I'm good, not really looking for your input

Play a set vs cowboy please and I want to see you njp his jump in kicks.. Hell, play a set vs me.. You won't njp once guaranteed.. I can't believe you're actually agreeing with that. That solution is laughable
I never said it was easy. It's an option and it works. Same with max height d2. He still has an issue with his jump kicks in general, but he has ways to handle them is all.

I'm ok with the NJP reads... I mean I try not to play risky and NJPs as a read are hell risky (but sometimes you need to do it).
Pounce is -6 with a ton of pushback now.
 
I agree on the Kitana numbers 6/4, it was 5/5 before this patch, both characters canceled each other out well, but with the overhead loosing the armor, now he suffers.

This is the problem with TYM. People criticize but never answer and just say "Oh these are ridiculous"
Do you want me to say the tools and why the MUs are like that (on my previous post)? I can OBV not saying that like randomly but it would take so much time and well... I'm lazy xD

It doesn't matter if you're looking for my input or not. I'm still correct. Reptile's NJP will beat Shinnok's jump kicks every time.

6 frame jabs can't punish moves that are - 6. Have to account for the 1 extra frame. Besides, isn't there a gap between every string Reptile does and the OH pounce?
f412 pounce doesn't have a gap, though I think it's only if you don't stand.

This is completely unrelated, but did you know that noxious inflicts .20% damage each time he gets hit, on top of the regular .2 ticks.. I had never realized this

Yeah, haha. I believe Noxious is better than Deceptive this patch, unpopular opinion for sure. I realize Noxious doesn't give Reptile any other tools though
