Question - Kobu Jutsu Rekka execution

Does anyone have any advice/tips on getting the second part of the Rekka (tonfa slash) to come out consistently? I have a really hard time with it and it is doing me nuts.

Do the inputs during the first rekka. If you are doing a raw df2,df1, you can do the second part immediately. If you are doing a string into df2,df1, wait until the df2 starts up before you do the second rekka.

Side note: You can no longer hit confirm raw df2 into df1. You must do the inputs too fast so you must commit to the second rekka. Same goes for the third rekka. If you ex the first rekka, you can delay rekkas and stay safe by stopping after the second rekka. Or, you can save your meter for the last rekka, which will keep you safe.

This is most likely because of the rekka delay being taken away from her, the inpputs for the rekkas have to happen immediately and can not be delayed whatsoever, not even for plus frames. As to why they took her delayed rekkas away? Idk, i don't see why they couldn't just keep the delay, and still make it negative when delayed.

The same shit was happening to me and was responsible for many losses. Smh.

Only reason I messed up rekkas recently here and there is because I didn't realize pre patch I was delaying it just slightly all the time. so now sometimes I'll get up to the 2nd part and she stops and I'm like "damn". Got it back under control after a day.
