I don't believe in a D tier. To me the lowest it can go is C. C tier have no winning mu's. At least that's what it is to me. I wouldn't put Jax that low either. Probably a solid B+
and then there's Leatherface...do people even know what Killer does? Do they understand how absurdly good that character is? Because I seriously think people just don't know.

HQT is very strong now. Top 2 zoning, jailing cancel, safe 50/50 (god bless him still able to run to combo after one PCC link), that motherf***ing d4, huge corner damage. He even has safe vortex in the corner. All of his worst matchups are greatly toned down
