I get you but i've never had a case where waking up with EX db3 or EX df2 didn't benefit me more. Hell EXdf2 launches and can catch people trying to jump or dash away under the right circumstances and net you a combo.
Yes but it's 25f which means over 80% of the cast can break that armor for free.

That won't happen unless NRS wants to take his only option on reacting and punishing projectiles. He has no projectiles himself so that would be a total game changer.
But it isn't his only option. He has EXbf3, which is a full screen armored low rush attack.
EXBF3 exists, yes, buts its nowhere as viable on punishment as EXDF2.
Armored launcher that can be broken by pretty much whole cast with little to no effort, that is super easy to react, and which is full combo pubishable on block. Your point exactly?

Yup. Character plays identically to what he played like before and is a lot better now. His gaps basically mean nothing so he essentially doesn't have them for the most part.
EX BF3 has two hits of armor and is basically full screen.
Did they take armour off ex command grab? I'm sure I used it today and it did. BF3 is pretty much the only ticket in for Butcher. Db3 can also be used when your a bit closer. But for match-ups that I know Butcher will have a tough time, I just choose Pretty Lady.
