Maybe the old puggles is back and this is their way of preventing unblockables or something? It wouldn't be the first time nrs took something away to give it back later. NJP is still there though.....

i think he may be getting many buffs, but i think they are Nerfing universal Offense and Increasing Defense. they might make him more geared towards Zoning. like maybe he might be able to keep you out most of thew time and nerf the OH or they might have given him a different Overhead
who knows?

Lets not Freak until we see the entire Patch right?

Yes. It appears that he may still have his charged b2 overhead but what if its dash cancellable....

Not freaking out, just seems uneccessary to give Quan any adjustments really he was fine currently. He already had b1 as a good range mid AA. A speed decrease would have actually made it easier to fuzzy.

i hear ya. im not saying you where freaking out, you actually handeled it well. i thought others would flip a lid.

They might have Gave him another Overhead thats better, who knows. or like i thought they might be Buffing his Zoning and because of that they might have to tone down Mixups on him. i get that if he is good at Zoning he don't need to be good at everything else. i think they are doing this across the board!

Theory F4D4 is now overhead low F4 is cancelable so maybe not rip my favorite character in the series. Either way I'm still gonna body people with Quan.

Sidenote: I think they are making this game slower and have more of a neutral game. That would be really nice as lately I was really liking the way SFV plays where overheads catch people taking a nap at the controller instead. Also F4 into skydrop would ruin people. Time to lab F4 setups.
