like i said you can do alot more than just D2 with most. if people just choose to do D2 then they will only get 14-19%

What happends most of the time is Mileenas do TeleKick into immediate sai so they can combo if hit, its not hit confirmable so its very easy to punish with so much more than D2.

Example in my case with Cyrax i can just use 3/4 with standing 4 i can get meterless damage up to 32% and with 3 i can get Metered damage up to 32% with 3 xx EXbuzzsaw.

and if Mileena does Tele Kick into Delayed Sai to try to make herself safe just use D1 with almost any character into a follow up advancing move and almost every character has a fast enough one, if not they have a Metered Special that will follow the D1.

thats just Cyrax, what about Kenshi EX Rising Karma Works, how about Kung Lao Spin? or Reptile how about his F412 string. depending on who you are the response is different just try different responses. i mean i guess i can put a video together but im sure you can figure out how to punish it. there is a huge gap, and thank god Her Teleport into sai is not how it was on MK9 right, then sai could make it safe, that is not the case now, there is a Gap.

Yup, this is exactly how I punish the tele-kick/sai. Mileena needs a nerf, not the tele-kick/sai. That's fine.

yeah i think what she needs is, her B12 to be -5 on block, and her B12 to have 8 frames additional recovery, its near impossible to wiff punish that move, this would nerf her obsene pressure, but still leave her intact for Mileena players, example she would be able to still OS off it, and could use it as a Space control tool, but would not be able to abuse it the way she does. and she would still be TOP tier just not S. she would be closer to A+.

and possibly ad a larger Hurtbox to her roll, it seems since her Hitbox that hits you is so large and around her body during roll, even if you JIK on it it wins the trade, that is kind of dumb, but why we should not ruine it completely is because its a Great Anti Air tool, and the game needs to retain moves like this, Granted she also has B2/B1/U+3 to Anti Air but why ruin one of the best ones. but yeazh honestly as much as me and other hate her pressure and versatility she is the example of an Honest Top Stier character. and thats what all other characters should aspire to be. Minus the B12's over and over.

people are wierd on TYM, when they think of nerfs they try to find the one that ruins the character the most. instead of keeping the character intact but fair. like i said, he B12 needs fuck it here:

like i said earlier, when they nerf something it should not hurt the character. it should tone down what should be but still allow the move to be strong and useful. I personally even being decent at this game have no problems with her Telekick into air sai. i mean all you gotta do is Block high, Duck the sai and get full combo punish no matter how they time it. its not really a problem like others state. ive asked hundreds of high players to do it on me and i can punish. because i on reaction duck right after blocking the TeleKick, and because of that i have no problem Uppercutting or D1-ing them into combo. but if others do want no blockstun on it, im fine with that. besides, i used Mileena when she first came out and i seldomly pocket her for some dumb matchups like Ermac/Alien vs my Balanced Keshi/Cyrax. but trust me when i say, if they are Tele kick into Delayed sai, they are doing it wrong, its not a hit confirmable move, and if you connect you want an instant sai to connect for full combo punish. I can't imagine a senerio that i would delay sai, but if they want it gone, let them have it, it really won't hurt me or any Mileena. Her strengths are her Range from B12/F23/F4/EXroll, and so on. then the ability to mixup and have a super fast response with D1 and D3 for Neutral responses, then far range is one of the best with Tele Kick counter zoning and Low Sai for Counter zoning and Keeping them out. she is good everywhere.

just my opinion though. its not like i havent beat some high level players with her or anything;) but seriously let them nerf it, make it have Zero Blockstun, or hell make it not come out on block. who cares, i and Every mileena should only do it when its smart, not press it and hope they are not blocking, do it when they are wiffing, or doing a long recovery Projectile. if it don't come out on Block but still comes out on hit thats fine. you should be punished for doing dumb shit. hell ill punish your delayed sai too.

actually no it wouldnt, because the opponent could move sooner, so they could properly punish the move, maybe i shoulda said that instead they should make it so that on block her telekick will cancel into sai on later frames than it does now, that way she could still do it, but you'll be able to punish it easier. Basically creating a slightly bigger gap between the sai and telekick.

i still think taking away the sai on block all together is dumb.

alls i know is...this is a cyrax thread....and we're talking about mileena.
