I haven't found a use for her axe kick. It's not a good anti-air and it's been made perfect to the frame to stop you meatying 3f normals on both wake-ups.. but Ryus axe kick can be safer and so active it stuff a 2f Nash teleportI only use b.hk nowdays. I like cancelling it on the 2nd hit on block.
It's actually a pretty good button.

It's not terrible for meatying but I don't like commiting to one wake-up timing and dying if they get up mashing on the other or V-reversal punished into a mix-up

yeah they're pretty honest. Pretty much every SF character is. Closest thing to dishonest in the game are Mikas side switches off her trigger, but they're still honest.
I can't call a character that needs one normal landing to basically put you in do or die mode. That entire guessing game she does is nowhere near honest lol.
so I guess Ryu, chun, Ken, Necalli, Karin, and cammy aren't honest either then? Cause their neutral is similar to nashs and their damage is similar to Mikas. Not saying they're all exactly the same but these characters are just as powerful as those are(id even say worse than a few of them, or all of them in Mikas case).
Their neutral games aren't anywhere near similar to Nash's. But they're dishonest anyway lol.
id say Karin and chun have at least as good of a neutral as Nash. And depending on the matchup they can be far more overwhelming.
