Their uses are very different at the same time. Cammy and Ken can use their divekicks to circumvent some footsies situations and as a general offense generator. Alex can sorta use the stomps for the latter (in tandem with EX stungun), but the former is a lot less applicable.
The only store I really care about in neutral is LK. But I don't see how it'd be hard to get those during neutral. After she gets a hit she does have to make some sacrifices. Even on block you can decide to be -2 for a charge. But I was talking purely about her in neutral.

His stomp hits ranges ex divekicks won't and you can choose where you land and it's much harder to aa. You have to charge it but that's a non-issue if you're occupying your huge cr. mp range and the fact that you literally cant be jumped on with jab aa. You have all day to sit there and you can definitely use the respect of stomp cancel pressure on offense too slip in a stun gun or just be at +2 so it augments his other tools.

you actually see that in flashs tier list lol. His Necalli is one spot below where I placed him on my list(or do you not think 7th out of 20 is a justifiable mid tier?). As a matter of fact his top 8 is pretty much exactly what I told you when you raged at me but I had Ken below Necalli, Karin, and Nash. Which I still stand by. If this game never gets patched Ken will fall further on the tier list than every other character in the game.
