Don't know if anyone else is having this problem but I guess no beta for me: Downloaded, the game didn't run, reseted steam, the game didn't run, reseted the computer, the game didn't run, uninstalled and downloaded again, the game didn't run... my last option is uninstalling my current MKX from the PC but I doubt that would solve anything.

Did you try verifying game integrity through steam?

I feel like a horrible person atm, but I suggest that someone from NRS or whoever is resposible for port this tme launches PC version and bind P1 controls to some NumPad keys (I personally use wasd + NumPad). And then ask himself what does he think of whoever decided to leave this part of interface as it is.

Like,
it wasn't horrible enough before, so now I have to do about 4 times more work than before in order to do that.

Sigh.

Can someone tell me if there's a settings file I can edit manually? I really don't feel like unbinding several dozen buttons using 5 button presses to unbind each one, then binding them back to something else, rinse and repeat for about 7-8 times before I can even start binding my actual control scheme for P1?

Good god, this game runs bad. I even tried putting it on the lowest settings and it still drops frames like crazy.

My specs:
  • GTX 750Ti (SuperClocked)
  • 16GB DDR3 Memory
  • AMD A10-6700 APU @ 3.7GHz
  • Windows 10
I know my specs aren't the greatest, but they are very comparable to the PS4/XBO specs. There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to play at the lowest settings and keep a consistent frame rate.

Do u have a second monitor or TV connected to PC? This usually coz the problem you're talking about. Leave just your my main monitor and try.

You dont meet the min. req. for the game. So dropping frame is to be expected. Your CPU isn't no where near i5 (especially in performance with single thread).

I can't say for sure because I only played like 3 matches, but when I was running a benchmark I saw Ferra/Torr do something weird that I don't remember. Basically when he threw low Ferra she and she hit the opponent, it caused them to go into a juggle state and fly towards Torr. Like, they flew REALLY far towards Torr. Like they were right there in front of his face. And they were like full-screen before.

But I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

Only one monitor (a TV, it has other stuff plugged in but the PC can only be displayed there) and the regular MKX worked fine before, now none of them run (but any other game runs perfectly) and task admin doesn't show them as executing so they're simply not running, I'm trying other stuff and see if it works. It sucks because I wanted to see it by myself on PC but I guess I can wait and still have other things to do.

It's most likely Win 10. Your specs are almost the best. Mine GPU is 550 Ti. Waiting for mine game to be completely DLed to check this out. Maybe this is why they're trying to fix, thus Beta version.

Win 10 is the reason the Steam games aren't loading/working properly. Have read a lot of complains about these problems.

I see, thats weird. For me MK X stopped starting up when i actually connected my second monitor (TV) after i disconnect it - it works just fine. Any other game worked fine, seems to be MK X specific.

I don't know, I haven't had any issues with Windows 10 and my Steam games or anything. I mean, I guess it's possible, though...
