See, I knew somebody had to be wrong about this, because the link afterwards isn't hard to get. For me at the least the hard part is having B1 WGC actually come out, I have to figure out where I'm screwing that up, but linking when it actually comes out instead of just B1 is fairly easy.

SQ dvorah had the advantage reduced in an early patch patches on her run cancel but had 2 frame buffer window added on hit. So it's impossible for her to have a 1 frame window run cancel on hit.

O mighty Rampart Earth Obesity, can you check how tight Unbreakable's B12 xx Regular Aura, B1 is? Feels like 2 frames. Obviously such a broken variation needs high execution barriers to limit its brokenness.

EDIT:
If it helps, d1 is 7 frames, s4 is 8 frames and 4u4 is 11.
