The normal flip kicks hop over some projectiles; F.A.N.Gs hit her in the air. The ex one is projectile immune, -2 and launches 3/4s of the screen.
The timing is tricky on that one. You can't mash it out either, just gotta go to the lab with it, it's definitely -2.
Bison's mediums are 7 frames. Rashid's st.MP is 5 frames. Make sure you are using a light.

cr.MP is 6 frames and I tried all lights and mediums. Nothing seemed to work except throw. I guess my throw timing is just on point.
Throw is always a good choice because it beats all buttons in that situation. Cr.mp will lose to his st.lk though so be careful with that.
