Tech - Nimble Glitch or tech?

just in case anyone doesn't already know you can't block during basilisk or basilisk runner. if you could that would open up a new world to his meterless set ups.
been trying to recreate it. please let me know if you can

This is more of a glitch than anything.

It's intentional. Flash isn't able to block either while his trait is active
I don't know but it might be for balance reasons or to prevent a lot of bullshits going on

i know that's intentional. question is if there's a way you can consistently block after like in the video
