Necali can't really react to booms in time to trade unless you're doing light booms 3/4 of the screen away or something. Play around the mid to outer mid-range. The real problem vs Necali is his v-skill nullifying Guile's v-skill 90% of the time which takes a lot of Guile's baits and pressure away.

If you notice a Necali demonstrate matchup knowledge instead of yolo headbutts like 50% of them all you can do is play around his expectations.

he also can't threaten guile while holding a back charge so you really only need to watch out for the vskill.

Yeah, VS shuts down Guile's VS, and makes it harder to safely throw booms, but playing at a range where it becomes way more dangerous to do so helps a lot because now he's not gaining VT without some damage taken if you read right.

Like @FL Rushdown said, outside of jump or slashing through them, Necalli has pretty candid issues with getting around booms without a decent amount of guesswork. Get good at starting your charges ASAP after a boom. If he jumps over too late, you'll be ready to flash kick him.

She still is the best character to me, but in reality she's just good not broken. This is the first character I've used in this game where I don't have any complaints.. the only thing to really say is that I don't think it makes sense for Juri to be unable to combo off her unsafe overhead in a 3 bar V-trigger when Chun Li can combo off a safe overhead in a 2 bar v-trigger

ggs man necalli def good as hell. 1 missed AA and its full combo to the corner I felt so helpless without the threat of a dp, good shit man. In neutral it felt fine but once I got sent to corner I just cried lol.

GGs yeah Necalli mauls Gief when he's on defense, and Gief has problems pressuring him back and getting in without eating DP.

No issues here. At launch, I used to run at about 47~ fps due to an issue with a bunch of Internet Adapter Connections being enabled. You can try that.
