theres ways to work around the leniency. You can just use slightly longer inputs to clear the memory. Dash up fireball becomes dp? Dash up and do a half circle fireball, problem solved. I like the SF input system it's got a lot of nuance for how forgiving it is.

That game was honestly amazing. If I could I'd be pushing side tournaments for it at every major.
If you input dash, HCF too fast you still get DP. But that's not the major problem for me. I always mess up when I'm holding one direction then slide my thumb to get whatever input I'm trying to get. So some specials become other ones. Or if I want to walk forward and press a normal I'll get a special instead.
Woah now. That game was amazing and died before it's time. And no it wasn't only Capcom's fault. The community dropped the ball too.

Yes the sane thing would be to find a character thats easier and fits my playstyle but i cant. Ever since i was a little kid playing SF2 on Genesis & Arcade Guile has been my all time favorite SF character and if he's in a SF game i HAVE to main him same with Quan for MK.

Doesn't matter if they're the worst character in the game. I dont like charge characters but it just turned out that my favorite is thee charge character lol.

Yeah the new character struggle is real. I just got to get some timings down and moves figured out. Then I'm bodying @FL Rushdown's Ryu no problem. GGs to him.
His Ryu is very good it scares me, if you ever want to practice your cammy vs my gief lmk. I always love playing someone without a fireball lol.
Yeah he plays Ryu the way I hate Ryu. Using all his tools but changing your timings. Ryu is like the ultimate mixup character. I'm def down to play your Zangief. I need to learn the MU with Cammy. Have you tried looking up some of the known Zangief players CFN and watching their matches? Snake Eyez, Itazan, Stupendous, and ImstillDaDaddy I've seen compete with him. I don't know their CFN IDs though. Could probably get that just by youtubing ranked matches.
