I'll never undertand why people tend to be so obsessed with the title "best player of that character", specially because it's extremely hard to determine it, if not impossible.

How you compare? Mirror? That doesn't mean anything. You look how each of the players faces EVERY matchup in the game with the character? Seems a tiring and probably unfruitful task, because it would also depend on which players they faced. You compare titles? I don't think that is necessarily a reliable measure of quality either.

Getting back to the main point. Anyone can put the practice in to learn how to do these things in order to replicate and create a defense. You just have to 'want' it enough and be willing to put the time in. Some just psyche themselves out in thinking these Cancels and others are harder than they actually are.
