And as far as fighting games in general, we have already seen plenty of titles with off the wall animals and creatures as characters (iggy from jojo' bizarre adventure, kuma, gon, Alex/roger from tekken, even virtua fighter had a car as a fighter in Asha's fighters mega mix. It can be implemented and is possible, even in a viable/competitive way. Just be open minded is all I'm saying. Tbh, I don't think it's personally a good idea though since NRS titles suffer from hitbox issues to begin with.

Joni's bizarre adventure started as a 2d fighter first, I also mentioned mvc3, and you can throw in samurai showdown as well. But yeh just stick with the whiffing argument.

Off the top of my head.

Villains:

1) Scarecrow above all others: Preferably with his Arkham Asylum or Knight costume. I imagine he'd play a lot like Freddy Krueger did in MK9. "Tear Drop" projectiles, Teleport, claws etc.

2) Deathstroke: I imagine he won't be making a repeat appearance. So if need be I'd substitute him with my third choice.

3) Ras' Al Ghul: Fast effective martial arts with some elements of Swordplay.

4) Black Manta: I don't know how well they'd pull him off, but it'd be interesting to see.

5) Gentlemen Ghost: I wouldn't push hard for him, but I needed a more 'obscure' Villain I suppose.

6) Braniac: Again, not sure how they'd make him work, maybe something similar to Lex in the original Injustice.

7) Clayface: Lot of batman villains on my list so far but he's another personal favorite.

8) "Ebon" Evans: Another more obscure character in the grand scheme. Though it can be argued he was one of Static's Arch Villains.


Heroes:

1) Blue Beetle: If for no other reason than to see how he'd work

2) Dr Fate: See Above

3) Zatanna: Just a personal favorite of mine

4) Starfire: Can't hurt at this point

5) Raven: Again, personal favorite so long as they fix her face.

6) Rocket: Not a primary hero, but an interesting one imo.

7) Kaldur'ahm: Out of all the Aquaman characters he is one of the only few I've liked over the years.

8) Beast Boy: To complete the presence of the Titans. Throw in Cyborg if you must.

9) Wonder Girl: In place of Wonder Woman

Obscure Add Ons/Guests: These are a few that come to mind that either are obscure DC, have appeared in DC comic line ups or would be odd Guests to throw in.

1) Space Ghost

2) Spawn (Debatable but why not)

was gonna make a new thread but figured it would get deleted and merged here so...





Who: Deadshot

Why: Top DC Anti-Hero/Villain, Leader of the Suicide Squad and Will lead the Squad in the upcoming movie, has appearances in 2 Arkham games, and Arrow TV show as well. Also has a very interesting character and backstory, would be a valuable member of the regime/Insurgency since he could take almost anyone out unnoticed as a sniper and can hold his own in hand to hand combat.

Moveset Ideas: now before anyone cries deathstroke (who isnt confirmed to be in at all) i think he would be closer to Erron Black than anything, (a character based around guns that isnt all about zoning). Id say give him a move like Marksman EB's rifle shot but make the MB version target like sektors old missiles, low writst shooters shot (downward angle) and anti air wrist shooter shot (upward). MB low shot knocks down and MB AA shot adds a pistol shot at the end that knocks them back. a command grab where he shoots you in the stomach at close range then throws you to either direction, and that just a few special move ideas.

Trait idea 1: Bullet Ricochet. his shots temprarily bounce off the screen, if they hit the gound they bounce upward, the ceiling they bounce downward, would open up new combo oppotunities and make zoning better

Trait idea 2: guranteed to hit, his next 2 gunshot moves (or however long its active) can not be dodged, they can be blocked but it is guaranteed chip at least.

Super move idea: hits you with the butt of his rifle she shoots you with it, as youre getting up he sets up his sniper. One of these (pictured below)

then shoots, the bullet goes past and they look confused then it ricochets off 3 things and hits them in the back of the head, they fall forward onto his fist he shoots then with his writst shooters then kicks them off to the ground.

i probably didnt describe that as well as it looks in my head but oh well lol anyway thats my deadshot ideas, he should be in. i know if he is in the moveset is probably already decided but this is kinda for fun :)

and i didnt do one for red hood because i believe he will be in and i doubt anyone would want to see that thread again haha
