The thing is, it's very distracting. It not only looks bad, it's like uncanny valley bad. It looks like somebody grafted a face onto someone's body and it's just floating on top of it.

Exactly. I didn't even have a problem with Supergirl like a bunch of people did. I thought she wasn't looking her best, but she had character. The Chucky comparisons were kind of funny, but I wouldn't dwell on it. Wonder Woman is just waaay beyond her in terms of how distracting it is.
I didn't say it would affect my gameplay. Why on Earth would you think that? I said that it takes away her visual appeal. It's downright creepy and I don't want to look at it.

I think they should have cast someone who is at least 6 foot. Though from the small pool of actors I know I think that Gina Carano should have done it. She is a little short stll, but she has muscles and isn't built like a stick insect and is a MMA fighter champion so knows how to throw a punch and look awesome doing it.
She played the strongwoman in Deadpool recently.
What is it that you're expecting to read entering character reveal threads, trailer's exclusively meant to impress consumers in the most superficial way possible - frame data, some detailed matchup charts, max damage bnbs?
Of course I'm not expecting that. What I am expecting is maybe some maturity. Instead of, "yo dawg, that girl's face is ugly, lolz" there could be actual talk of what was shown of her gameplay.

It's not just TYM though. Same comments can be seen in multiple sites and social network. NRS has gone 4 games now with this trend that it literally became a meme now. I understand your point about wanting to talk about gameplay, just don't know why your getting that upset about people posting visual comments due to NRS track record of female faces.
I'm not upset, dude. I just think it's super childish and pointless to complain about a model that every one knows will change. Instead of saying anything remotely positive about the footage, the talk is about an aesthetic that won't affect actual gameplay.
