Also hugely unreliable tho, while in running state he doesnt avoid the sai, so if its delayed you still get hit, its still a read to avoid the situation that she will throw a sai, same as neutral duck, its still a legit option if you guess she will throw sai yes, but you guys were saying that the dash eliminates the 50/50 which it doesnt

If telekick is blocked crouched d2 is a reliable punish to stay safe from sai
On a guess that she will throw it you can d1 her of the air and convert with s3 tp, and if she doesnt throw it well you are +11
