One year on... who have you dropped???

It has been a year now, and many of us started with certain characters initially and now dropped them.

Who did you drop and why???

This is for launch a KP2 characters only.

I dropped balanced kenshi for lasher takeda, it was really hard to break away from kenshi, it was the worst break up ever. Lots of tears, lots of calling back, lots of trying to make it work. But I just couldn't. And now with lasher it fits my playstyle perfectly, and I think they lasher is secretly one of the best characters in the game.

I personally have been Kitana and Tanya since Day 1 (well KP1 day 1 for Tanya )

I ran out of votes.

april 2015 and my body is ready for full Kano. Commando was unplayable, cutthroat too, cybernetic was rocking, settled with it. After one week my b1s were boring me, two weeks later I jump on sun god.

Realized it was a mazochist's choice since war god existed.

Thought that I should honor my name and rune my way to victory through sorcerer, only to witness that quan chi's freaking bat was incomparable to anything else his variations had to offer.

Last card was the one and true Necromancer Shinnok. His variations were more balanced than previous characters (meaning he sucked in all of them), I struggled, but eventually found some stuff and begun enjoying him and the game more, accepting that I wouldn't hit a high tier with this kind of taste and preferences.

Then comes something darker than Shinnok... mr.Voorhees made me lose my mind. Upon seeing the next tier list including him, I almost choked myself from laughing and received from my local community the title "trash tier whore"

The release of MKXL pushed to get a PS4 and start playing in the house. Switched to Leatherface immediately for many reasons, I'm having a blast and luckily got rid of the title... and curse

I mained Goro since before the game dropped and that has not changed.

I dropped Sonya because her design is insanely boring and I'm not good with mix up heavy characters, my brain just does not compute.

I dropped Cassie Cage and Johnny Cage cause I just wanted to play a zoner and a female character and Kitana provides both of those criteria and is insanely fun and more my speed design wise. Although I do still play Cage for fun sometimes.

The entire game

I had dropped Kitana, boring as hell to me now, and now I play Hat Trick just for fun. Been maining Kenshi and Johnny Cage for the longest time now, and I will stick to these 2 for the rest of the game.

Still maining Erron since day 1. Was close to dropping him because of the changes in the beta.

Dropped Tremor. Replaced him with Alien

Still whip out Tremor when I'm bored, love his personality and move set.

All my characters improved with XL so I dropped nobody lol

I dropped MKXL just like NRS

Mileena since the game dropped. Did have a few week stretch with Jacqui while relearning my arcade stick but I returned to wifey.

I dropped Goro, a bit too slow for my taste. Dropped Jason because I just get frustrated when I use him. Dropped Johnny because fisticuffs sucks and i lack the dexterity to do nonstop crispy cancels. Dropped Cassie after the last major patch where she got nerfed.

Yeah ive gone through alot lol.

Now I just play wrestler jax, kotal and boneshaper shinnok.

Dropped Cybernetic because buttcheeks and Dragon's Fire because Johnny Cage exists.

Didn't drop anyone because I'm a loyalist. The opposit happened, I kept adding variations and characters to my cast:

Don't drop the Rock. Stomp your opponents using him and with that give NRS the finger for butchering him. Two birds one stone mate.

Dropped Sonya because after losing to her mixups in tournament I realised I have been inflicting the same amount of pain to others.

I'm still with my main Mileena but my baby daddy Scorpion has been dropped and Tanya was brutally slain by the patches.

Kitana has become my #2.

Dropped Tremor because I don't have fun with him anymore, dropped scorpion(on like week 2 if that even counts) because his armour blows ass the variation I had fun with(inferno) sucks.

Started with lasher takeda. Then I decided to tier whore and picked up king Jin and quan chi. King Jin got nerfed so unstuck to quan only for a while. Picked up predator when he came out and go maimed him and quan. After kp2, I dropped quan chi. Now I play alien, sektor, and predator. And just picking up cut throat cuz broke

Cyber Sub is the only character I've dropped in this game's life span thus far.

Even still play Kobu from time to time.

I dropped this ridiculous coin flip game about a month ago. This game is fucking AIDs.
